What If 15 Minutes Could Make You Stronger, More Mobile, and Pain-Free — Without Jumping or High-Impact to Your Joints?
The holiday season is here. It's go time to take care of yourself too.
Why You Need This Challenge:
Whether you’re juggling work, family, or just life in general, one thing’s for sure: You need to feel your best right now.
This is your chance to get ahead of the game — to finish the year strong and set yourself up for success in 2024.
And that’s where I come in.
Hi, I'm Arielle, the founder of Halftime Yoga -- and I'm inviting you to join my free two-week challenge: Hustle for the Holidays.
It’s designed for people like you — busy professionals, football fans, athletes at heart — who want to improve their strength, mobility, and mindfulness, but don’t have time for long, grueling workouts that leave you feeling exhausted instead of energized.
Let’s get you moving stronger, smarter, and more centered — without breaking your body or your schedule.
If you’re tired of the same old “I don’t have time” excuses or feeling like you’re falling behind on your fitness goals, this is your wake-up call. It’s time to get back on track!
Get Strong: Three to four short practices a week, pre-recorded, that you can do on your own time — no equipment required — designed to keep your core strong, mobility on point, and muscles engaged.
Get Community: Join two live, 30-minute sessions to connect with your squad and me, your coach -- or also access them as recordings on your own time!
Stay Committed: On the days with no movement session, you'll get daily prompts to keep you motivated, share your wins, or just chill out — we’re in this together.
Get Rewarded: Log your practices and share on social media for a chance to win prizes! No catch.
Why Halftime Yoga?
You know the drill: sports, work, life — they demand a lot from your body. But most typical workouts don’t hit the spots that matter the most — the deep mobility, core strength, and muscle stabilization needed to stay at your best in the game and in life.
That’s why I created Halftime Yoga: a method that targets the physical and mental muscles that typical "exercise" misses, especially the ones you use every single day — whether you’re on the field, at the office, or running errands.
We’re talking about mobility, stabilization, core strength, and restorative stretching — all in short, low-impact practices that leave you feeling stronger, looser, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.
No jumping, no pounding your joints. Just encouraging, effective sessions that won't leave you shattered and frustrated.
You don’t have to be a pro athlete to get results — you just have to show up, put in the effort, and let me guide you!
Once you register by entering your name and e-mail, you're in, and you'll get reminders and instructions into the lead-up to the first day, along with a short practice video from the challenge to get you started in the meantime!
Over two weeks, from Dec. 2 to 15, 2024, you’ll get access to my web app to practice along with three to four quick, powerful video sessions a week (15-20 minutes), each designed to build strength, increase mobility, and improve your mental focus.
You'll receive daily email reminders to check in, and on days there aren't any practices, I'll send another tip or prompt to keep checking in and taking care of yourself.
I'll also offer two live 30-minute sessions via Zoom, one a week — look out for times and dates by e-mail once we get closer to the start date. Join me and the rest of the squad to catch them live (or watch the recording later).
There’s no equipment needed, just you and your mat. A yoga strap (or hand towel), and a block (or firm pillow) is optional.
Log your sessions in my web app, and share your progress on social media with a handy provided progress card for a chance to win prizes. The more you engage, the better your chances to score big. (Once registered, you'll get all the details of the prize draw by e-mail.)
First place (drawn based on number of practices logged and number of social media shares): $50 e-gift card to WorldSoccerShop.com. (In the event the winner lives outside a country serviced reasonably by this site, you can pick an e-gift card of the same value to the place of your choice.)
Second place (also drawn based on the above criteria): Halftime Yoga T-shirt, tank top, or crop top
Third place (everyone who logs at least one practice is entered): Halftime Yoga water bottle
I'm a Yoga Alliance-registered E-RYT-200, RYT-500 yoga teacher, as well as a certified mat pilates instructor and personal trainer.
In my other life, I'm also a digital and social media strategist and content creator in the world of top-flight football (or soccer, in the US).
Because of that, over the years I've had a TON of busy, professional soccer (or football!) fans like you -- who know me from my work in the sport -- reach out to me asking for my help with physical and mental well-being.
So after a bunch of these requests, I had the idea to build a step-by-step system to move you from feeling too old for your time, to crushing the game of your life.
No fluff. No messing around, just a simple plan to take you from stiff, sore, and sidelined to fitter, better, faster, stronger
.
The best part? It all fits into your busy schedule -- for real!
Sign up now, and let’s keep the hustle going strong this holiday season. Once you register, you’ll get a welcome e-mail with an intro practice video to get started if you can't wait.
Prepare for the first session and keep your eye on your inbox for full prize draw details and further access instructions — we start soon!
This challenge is beginner-friendly and low- or no-equipment, with wrist- and knee-friendly options. Read on if you still have questions.
The pre-recorded videos are 15 to 20 minutes in length, with three to four offered a week. Of course, you can complete them on any days you have free, not just when they're released. You can double up on them as well without too much strain.
The live sessions offered are 30 minutes long, but if you can't make it due to time zones or previous commitments, you can access them as recordings. With only three to four sessions required a week, I designed this free challenge to avoid overwhelm.
I will send out a brief survey to challenge participants when registration closes on Sunday, December 1, and will offer one session a week based on the answers. Sessions will happen on Zoom, with the link sent out by e-mail and posted in my online challenge portal.
All you need is a yoga mat (or any comfortable surface) and a small space to move. We’re using minimal or zero equipment. The restorative sessions include optional use of a yoga strap and block, but you can substitute in a hand towel and a firm pillow or something similar. I explain how to use the substitutions in the videos.
Don’t worry! You’ll have access to all of the recordings and live replays in a clear section in my online portal. Simply log your practice as complete in the challenge portal, do the optional social media shares, and you're good to go!
Absolutely! The practices are designed for all levels, and the sessions are beginner-friendly. We focus on building strength and mobility, and you can take things at your own pace.
Plus, I offer alternative options if you need them, including separate video options or meditation recordings if there's a day you'd rather not do anything physical at all.
Of course, please consult your relevant medical professionals before undertaking any physical activity. Beyond that, I've designed the challenge to include a few alternate options to suit a range of abilities, including some fully hands-free video options and meditation sessions. If you are looking to accommodate a specific need on a specific day, please message me within the challenge portal and I'll send you an alternate recording from among my hours of Halftime Yoga content over the years.
Once you sign up, you’ll be put on my e-mail list for the challenge. In the days leading up to the official start date of Dec. 2, 2024, I'll send out all the information on login details, session schedules, replays, and community support. I'll also send you reminders and updates via email along the way.
The challenge officially starts on Mon., Dec. 2, 2024 -- but the first video session won't be sent out until the following day, as Dec. 2 marks the return to work after a long holiday weekend in the US, and it's sure to be hectic. That day, I'll send out a little welcome note, some recipes, and an optional social media challenge to get your head in the game.
The challenge officially ends on Sun., Dec. 15 -- but I will leave the portal open until Wed., Dec. 18 to allow everyone to make-up and log any sessions before I do the final prize draw.
I'm stoked you're thinking about this already! First, you'll stay on my Halftime Yoga e-mail list, where I send out occasional free videos, tips, useful information, and invitations to more community (free) classes and challenges like this.
If you'd like to keep practicing with me regularly, I'll send out the info about joining my online squad, either through a recurring subscription to live classes and a practice library, or a more involved option like 1:1 strength and workout programming, or my 12-week yoga transformation course, Back off the Bench!
In any event, I'm honored you joined me for this!
